Bob Ward is a Senior Escalation Engineer with Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS). He joined Microsoft in 1993 and is one of the most experienced engineers in SQL Server Support. Widely respected by both the SQL Server development team and PSS, Bob is one of the top escalation contacts for SQL Server issues within Microsoft. Bob talks about new features that have been added to SQL Server 2005 to help the DBA trouble shoot problems, his quick checklist for a 'hung' SQL Server, links to useful scripts and utilities and much more..... This is a great interview. Full of interesting information.
