| In our stored procedure tracking world, For every stored procedure which is called I call a log entry SP which logs the user and the parameters passed by the user in a table to track who executed the SP and at what time. Can I do the similar thing in a FUNCTION? I tried doing a insert into table name and also calling SP within function but it failed. Is there a limitation ? If so, anybody with a workaround on how can function execution tracking be handled?Thanks ! |
