Hi,

I had a few queries and would be grateful if you could help me out
I Have to extract data from SAP into SQL server 2008. im new to exporting data from SAP. the underlying database used in the SAP is IBM/DB2.

1) How should i go about it? Have herd about extracting using the .net connector. could you give me a brief about it?

2) Is there any other way to do so?

3) Data is stored in SAP and i need to extract it in bulk? the point is i don't want to extract one row at a time for example:
if i would be having the order number details then i would need to punch them one by one to get the necessary rows. is there a way i can get it in bulk to the SQL server?

4) Do you have any idea as to how the data is stored in SAP so that it becomes easier to extract them?

Thanks for your time.
