| Hiwe have 60 databases on sql server 2008 which have merge replication setup on them. But i would like to create either transactional replication or snap host replication. But when i tried creating transactional publication, it is erroring out saying Automatic identity range support is useful only for publications that allow updating subscribers.i tried the snapshot replication also but gives the same error.i should not touch the existing merge replication..i have to synchronize all the 60 databases to other server which is on 2005. if this is not possible, can i user log shipping or any other solution.My server is on 2008 and other server is 2005Awaiting your reply...Thanks in Advance..... |
