I am new to this site and to my company. We are running SQL 2000 SP4 Cluster. Our web site has catalogs. After a restart of the servers the search function on all catalogs is giving this error:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14' Execution of a full-text operation failed. The catalog does not exist or is currently unavailable. Please retry the action again later and if this symptom persists, contact the system administrator. /pco/8_0609/search.asp, line 177 The first thing I tried was rebuild/populate the full text catalogs. I still get this error. Our main web search works but the catalog search does not. We saw the same error on the main db but doing a rebuild/populate corrected the problem. We also tried to remove the search index and re-add with no help. We also rebooted the servers again. No errors in the logs. Thanks for your help.BillMCSE, CCNA |
