Here is how the data is - State, Customer_ID VA, 100 MD, 100 VA, 150 VA, 161 MD, 190 I would like the output to be in cross tab format where states are represented as cross tab columns and customer count as the data. VA MD VA 3 1 MD 1 2 Note - the count for VA, MD combination is one because there is only one customer ( id - 100) who represents both MD and VA. I can use the cross tab report but it doesn't give the desired output. It only counts the one with diestict stat i.e. VA MD VA 3 0 MD 0 2 Please help as my employer wants this report as soon as possible and i have no clue how i can develop this. Thanks! SSL
