Hi,

I am having problems looking at the logs for SSAS logging which I have set up to log queries that are entered.

I have created a SSAS_Logging database and on the Analysis Services properties I have set the following:

1) Log\QueryLog\QueryLogConnectionString is connected to the above mentioned database

2)Log\QueryLog\CreateQueryLogTable is set to 'true'

3) Log\QueryLog\QueryLogSampling is srt to '10'

and

4)Log\QueryLog\QueryLogTableName is set to 'OlapQueryLog'

When I have set all the above and click OK a new table is created in my SSAS_Logging database called dbo.OlapQueryLog.

However when I run queries and return to the OlapQueryLog table the table is still empty and it looks like no logging has taken place.

To view my looging table I am using the following command:

Use SSAS_Logging
Select * from dbo.OlapQueryLog

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
