SQL Agent cannot Start - ODBC Registry Not found

hi this is from my log file

SQL 2005 - SP1 (Windows 2003 SP 2)

i have checked the Registry
HKLM\Software\ODBC|ODBCINST.INI\SQL Serverthen i found ODBCINST.INI\SQL Server\ is missing

How to solve this ...any one already faced this issue??
