Tier Analysis

I want to be able to group data by how many views a website. So in the database there are 2 fields, views, and clicks.

Is there a way to group clicks by how many views it takes to get 1 click - 10 clicks? The database has time(hour), and site name.

So for example:

Site name Clicks Views
123.com 1 2000
123.com 2 5409
123.com 3 7800

So from this I can see that for the first click it takes 2000 views,
for the second click it takes 5409, or 3409 more views for the 2nd click.

Any way to do this?
