| hi all,this is my first post as I am really struggling to acheieve what I need. Bear in mind i only had a couple days of training and this is where I am...I have a login page linked to a sql data table. User enters username and password and if valid is directed to a sql reporting in reporting services.This all works fine. but now I want to have a parameter in the sql report based on the username.Please note the users are not windows NT users so cant use userID built in function. Is there a way to pass the login username to the sql report?Thanks in advance for anyone who looks and tries to help |
