Tor writes "MS win2k Adv. Server/SQL Server 2000:
Every time the SQL Server is started, or....machine is rebooted, this error shows up 4 times in the application event log on the server:
Event Type: Error Event Source: MSSQLSERVER Event Category: (2) Event ID: 17055 Date: 10/23/2000 Time: 8:59:53 PM User: N/A Computer: COMPUTERNAME Description: 19012 : SuperSocket Info: Bind failed on TCP port 1433.
Anyone seen this before? I can connect to the SQL Server from clients with no problem however. The network client config is set up correct with TCP/IP and named pipes enabled.
TIA,
Tor" |
