| Hi All, I am running a except query on two large tables. As it was taking time i use this query to see what is the status of query. SELECT sqltext.TEXT,req.session_id,req.status,req.command,req.cpu_time,req.total_elapsed_timeFROM sys.dm_exec_requests reqCROSS APPLY sys.dm_exec_sql_text(sql_handle) AS sqltextThe result of this query was statusrunnableI do not understand the meaning of runnable status? As teh tempDB is still growing i believe that it is waiting to get the data from two tables and then may be it would execute the except query.I am not sure :( can anyone please help me out. |
