| Sorry there isnt an installation thread so Im starting here please direct me to the proper forum if this isnt the place ThanksI have installed and instance of SQL 2008 express on a 2003 server (Virtual) The server already had an instance of SQL 2005 express. It seems I need to have both. After installing I tried to access by PHP scripts but no good I get "cant find server error" I tried running sqlcmd -L and it doesn't list any servers I have 2 other SQL 2008 installations that work no problem neither on 2003 server(Virtual) and neither sharing with 2005. The 2008 server has studio management loaded and it can connect and work with the databases. |
