| IS there anyway to copy a set of db backup files from a tape drive, and not restore them. I upgraded my server to 2000 from 7.0 and I need to get my job info out of the backup of msdb which is on the tape. The 2000 restore will not let me restore the 7.0 msdb over the 2000 msdb. If I can get the backup file off the tape , i can move it to a sql 7 db and restore it there , then script my jobs and reload them Thanks for any help.Ron Grzywacz |
