| I have a Multi-Instance SQL Failover Cluster (2 named instances on each server). When I failover a node, the node fails over correctly. The storage fails over to the active node, but here is my issue:When one of the SQL Instances fail, I expect to see that instance move to the Active SQL Node. For examples if I have ABC\SQL1 and DEF\SQL2. If the node where ABC\SQL1 fails, if I log into SSMS for DEF\SQL2, I expect to see both instances of SQL. I can figure out why this is the only piece that's not working correctly> Please help!! |
