Arlene writes "I am experiencing a problem running Access 2000 and MSSQL 7.0 SP2. The problem is all of the user ids need to be in tempdb in order to use Access 2000. The bigger problem is whenever you boot the sql server, tempdb gets rebuilt from model thereby all of the users are unable to get in until the users are put back into tempdb. We have worked around it by adding all of the users to the model database. I just need to know if this a known bug and if there is a fix/service pack for it.
I have been on Microsoft's web site and couldn't find anything." |
