Bob writes "Thank you very much for this web site. It has been a great help for my peers and myself.
My problem is this: I can not unregister 6.5 servers from Enterprise manager after a 6.5 to 7.0 upgrade.

I had a test server and a production server both running 6.5. Because neither server had enough space to hold both the 6.5 files and the 7.0 files, I blew the 6.5 install away on the test server and ran a 2 server upgrade. After testing, I removed 6.5 from the production server and installed 7.0 and attached the .mdf and .ldf files.
Now, when I want to remove the 6.5 registrations from Enterprise manager, It does not give me the option to delete the registration (grayed out.) It is because it can't find the .exe associated with that server.

Thank you in advance for your help!!!

Greatfully,
Bob"
