Author  Topic  olapuser Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2006-04-03 : 02:50:38 Hi All, Ours is a clustered environment with the analysis manager in passive node and sql server in active node. Analysis Manager hangs very frequently when we try to make any changes to the cube and save the changes.Restarting brings it to normal state but it doesnt stay normal for more than a day.We have about 30 cubes in our OLAP Server and all are stored in the MOLAP storage format. When we tried archiving the OLAP DB also it errors out saying "Time out Expired. Error saving the repository". We are not sure what is the root cause for this problem. Can any of you let us know the root cause and work around for solving this problem.
