SQL 7.0 SP1.

On my two nodes (active/passive) Cluster the spin counter advanced option
has been set to 10000 by the system administrator that did the
installation.
Can anybody say if that parameter is correct? I think it has to be 0
(zero).

If I try to change this value from 10000 to 0 I found that the run value
becomes 1.
Is it correct to change this value from 10000 to 0 when I have 2 nodes
cluster active/passive (single processor for any machine)? Why this
parameter turn to 1 when I want it to be 0? Thank you.
