| Doug writes "I'm not real schooled in this but here it goes. We have 2 companies and 2 computers that are networked that run Microsoft Dynamics/sqlserver 2005. The computer that my accounts person worked on was set up as the main computer, when we upgraded to the sqlserver 2005 we had performance problems with the client computer (the other computer)in that she could only enter workorders for a short amount of time before Dynamics locked up. So, we bought a new server computer. Even though the computers are networked and can see each other's files, we can't get sqlserver on the client computer to see the server. I hope this makes sense. Microsoft Dynamics tech support says its a network problem." |
