DBCC DBREINDEX or DBCC INDEXDEFRAG

and

DBCC CHECKDB

We run them at least once a week, on some systems daily.

Run DBCC Checkdb at least once a week or nightly. Why are you running Reindex? Are you having performance issues? If so you should start with doing an 'update stats' on any problem tables and see if this helps first.

You should have DBCC DBREINDEX scheduled as well. You don't just run it when you have performance issues. You do it to keep things optimized.

So yes you have both scheduled and yes they are performed during off peak hours.
