We made a mistake this morning. We accidently deleted some records from the db today. All of those deleted were entered yesterday except on which was entered this morning. We did a restore from last nights backup and then realized there was a recored entered today. How can I get that record back? Is it possible?

thanks.

Not unless you have tr log backups in which case you restore the full backup without recovery, restore the tr logs to a point past when the record was inserted then recover.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
