Just grant them select permissions and don't let them have EM or QA...

There may be a problem with Access 2000 or higher if you do this. Doesn't it have some of the tools that EM, QA etc have?

Yeah, but if you only give them select permissions, unless they really know what they are doing, you should be able to get away with it...

Create a role, put the users in the role and db_denydatawriter to that role.
