| Sheju writes "hi there,We used Sql server 2000 for a very busy web site. The web server is IIS. Once in every 3 or 4 weeks, the DB slows down closing speed of the connections and takes the whole DB server down. Our DBA reckons, this whole problem is caused by "PageLatch_UP" wait type. How to stop this behaviour, which is causing a lot of problem. Many thanks,Sheju John" |
