| Marcelo Ballester writes "Hello,I have a Windows 2003 Server with Microsoft SQL server 2000.It was working good for a while until a few days ago.I can access the SQL databases from the workstations without any problem. The problem comes when I try to access the SQL server on the Enterprise Manager. It gives me an error "Connection failed, check SQL registration Properties. I've checked the registration properties and everything is perfect. I have an older server on the same network with SQL, so I setup Enterprise Manager to manage my new server and works perfect. I can see all the data.I'm kind of lost. I would appreciate if you have any ideas on how to solve this problem. Right now I can modify my tables and security using the old server, but soon we are going to shut it down.Thank you for your helpMarcelo Ballester" |
