Hello, I hope this makes sense so here goes..
We have an application written in Delphi. There are places in the application where data is shown in a grid. When the user wants to edit this data, a pop-up window appears which allows them to edit...here is the problem. We have tried the same db on three different SQL servers. On one, everything works fine, on the other two, however, after you have edited the row, two rows show up in the grid with the same information. If you refresh the "ghost" or extra row is gone but what could cause this to happen on one server and not the other?

Thanks!
