Will it be ok if I run SQL Profiler daily?
How much it would cost for my resources if I run SQL Profiler daily?

How can I make SQL Profiler Run every time SQL Server Runs?

Sure it's okay to run it daily but make sure you don't run it on the database server that you are profiling. Always use a client machine to run tools like this so that you don't impact performance on database server. Amount of resources is probably less than 5% but it depends where you run it from and how much data you are collecting. Why would you event want it to run every time SQL Server starts?

For small time biz in our area, management people would like all computers turned off at night where there are no transactions.

My Profiler presentation from a year ago has some information on automatically running traces at startup (http://www.sqlteam.com/item.asp?ItemID=15084). You might also benefit from a utility I wrote to automatically load those traces into a database (http://www.sqlteam.com/item.asp?ItemID=17336).
