this is basically an internet project in which how to replicate datas (date should be automatically reflected in both ways) from SQL TO SYBASE (text files) vice versa.
The company is maintaining SYBASE AND SQL server all the datas r txt files in sybase server.
how to connect sybase to sql and reflect the datas in internet and viceversa
