I have several DTS packages on a server that I only have access to a couple databases through my login. They were scheduled by a different user, and I (of course) can't see the jobs to view the job history to debug a problem with the jobs.

Are there special permissions I can be assigned to see the other scheduled jobs, or will I need to be elevated to System Administrator to see them?

I think that's the deal, yes.

However, maybe a sysadmin could temprarily reassign the ownership of the jobs to your login with:
sp_manage_jobs_by_login

Yep. That's what it took. Elevating my account to SA, long enough for me to transfer ownership of the jobs to my account.

Eesh...
