pat writes "I was moving database msdb and model. I detach both databases. I had the -T3608 in the startup parameters. I remove that parameter and stop Sql server. I cannot start Sql Server. The databases are not attach. I get the message Sql Server does not exist. Or Access is Denied.

I can start Sql Server from the command line but I can't execute anything.

Thank you."
