Hi,

How do I install full-text search ? I installed developer edition on my system. Currently the fulltext option is greyed out and disabled on my Tools menu in EM.

Run setup again from the CD and choose fulltext as an option.

well i don't know when it was written...
could be by some remote chance that you installed MSDE instead of sql server???

How do I know if i installed developer or msdeee?
