When I try and get enterprise manager (2000) to create a db script it works fine as long as I dont tell it to script the Sp's as well. I heard somewhere that this sometimes happens if you have encryption code in one of your SP's; but this is not the case on this occasion.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

So what isn't working though when you try to script the sprocs? You didn't provide an error message.
