| Just loaded SQL 2000 on new server.Using Remote Desktop Connection to view/work.I'm not receiving a green start icon (it's white).The two other servers show green.Under SQL register properties Automatically start SQL Server when connecting is checked.Under properties Autostart SQL Server is checked.Message displayed under Server icon'(Connection failed, check SQL Server Registration Properties.)'Should I reinstall?SQL-NewBie |

| checked the MSSQLSERVER service account info. change to use local system accounts. |
