| Hello friend,I have tried to create a DSN for my Sql Server database. but after creating I have tested it is not successful and also I have tested that from visio, because I need a DSN for my databse to draw data model automatically with visio.and it is asking me a username and password and ve created a username and password for my databse in 'Enterprise Manager' that is not working. I think I did't understand how to configure the DSN correctly.Some one who knows about DSN creation please help me.I have all options that I know to create a DSN but it is not working , so I have only one more option that is SQL Team.I hope this option will help to solve my problem.thank you in advance.Kiran. |

Well, if you test the DSN on creation and it's not successful, then it won't be successful anywhere.  Try to upgrade to the latest MDAC and see if it fixes the situation.
