I can't figure out how to stop 2 databases that have been restoring since yesterday and just report Loading next to their names in EM.

I have tried restarting the sql service, but the same out come.

I should have just attempted 1 restore statement at a time. I got over zealous and ran 2 restore statements at the same time. Both are only a restore of a full backup, no diffs or logs applied. Both also have NoRecovery enabled.

Thanks.

You restarted the SQL Service while they were restoring???

You will need to drop the databases, delete the file, then restore the databases from backup. Sucks!!!

loading may mean you are restoring with norecovery

have you tried restoring again on the DBs with recovery?
