| Hi there,I couldn't install SQL Server 7.0 Standard Edition on a Windows 2000 Server, What's the problem here? is it compatible?. is it even possible?if so what do I have to do to get it right?Thanks in advance... |

| It's definitely compatible, though it's impossible to say what the problem is without knowing...what the problem is. Did you get an error message? If so, what was it? Did it install but it's not working? Are you installing off a CD? We need more detail. |

It is compatible, and I have done it.Are you trying to install by logging in with Terminal Services? There is a known problem with that. | Yes, I am installing off a CD, I get some error saying Can't install standard edition off from that CD on Windows NT...Thanks y'all anyways |
