| Hi,I have a two node failover cluster server on a windows 2000 advanced server and sql server 2000 sp3 running on it. The SQL server data files resides on a SAN, now i have lost one of the disk on the SAN, we are about to swap that disk with a new one is there anything i need to consider or steps i need to take order not to loose my cluster environment. Please help. |

| That information was usefull, but to be honest it wasn't well spelt out to a novice like me. I am thinking right now of a recovery solution where i will transfer all the cluster resources from the cluster unto one single node. Then point the application server to that single machine instead of the virtual server name. Now my question is that is this possible and if so what are the steps i need to take to archeive this.Cheers. |
