Let me know if there's any topics open...

have you guys ran accross with any problems installing the SP4 ? Any enhancements that makes it worth to install ? Anything... ?

I'm just trying to get information out of other admins.

I have heard that there was an issue if you were making use of AWE memory; we don't. We have it installed on a number of development boxes (not Production yet) and have had no issues come up.

You can get the complete release notes from the MS download site. Review this for content and see what advantages it has for you. We try to stay as current as possible with the patches and service packs.

My discussions with microsoft indicate that this is not a bug. This is a result of the newer more granular view of locking. This is behavior that has always been around, we just never saw it.
