Sometimes I use the TaskPad view for a database in EM. When I do this on two of the DB's, I get the following error message:

Unspecified error
res://C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20SQL%20Server\80\Tools\Binn\Resources\1033\sqlmmc.rll/Tabs.html

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes. Left click on the db, then right click, view, then select something other than taskpad. I usually select detail. Then do the same thing except now specify taskpad. It should now work.

this is a known bug. Microsoft knows about it, but they have never fixed it.

Thanks Tara. Worked perfectly.

BTW, did you ever notice that the "next" and "previous" links in the TableInfo Tab of the TaskPad are not always there? I discovered that you have to hit the "GO" link to make them appear.
