| I've noticed that the SP's that are executing as FOR XML always trigger the SP:CachMiss event in profiler. Anyone else notice this?Thanks |

| how are you referencing the sproc? do you owner qualify it (prefaced with dbo), or do you call it by just it's name?-ec |

Funny you should say that. I had noticed that every proc in the system was cache missing and causing some blocking. The dbo fix was just put in and these are left over procs. There are 3 of them that I could see that are still cache missing when called and each of those are "select x from y blah blah blah FOR XML"ThanksDanielSQL Server DBAwww.dallasteam.com |
