I am using EM to export a table. One column in the table is designed as varchar (3000), but when I export the table, the column is always truncated to 255.

How do I get around this?

Yes, I meant I was using DTS within EM. I really don't know a thing about bcp. If it is possible to do this within DTS, then I'd really rather do that.
