Hi,

Very new to MS SQL and I would like to know how can I migrate it to another partition?

I have MS SQL 2000 installed on Windows 2003 Standard Edtion in C:\mssql. I would like to migrate all the database as well as the new ones which I will be creating in the future to D:\mssql\ which has more diskspace.

Is there anyway to change the path?

Thnks for the help! :>

You can use ALTER DATABASE to move files around.

or you could BACKUP all of your databases, DROP them and then do a RESTORE WITH MOVE.
