Steve TR writes "Can anyone confirm that the 'Favorites' function in SQL2000 Enterprise MMC snap-in doesn't work? (any work around ideas?)

Steps to reproduce problem:
1) Start | Run | mmc.exe
2) Console | Add/Remove Snap-In...
3) Add | "Microsoft SQL Enterprise Management Console" | Add | Close | OK
4) Navigate tree structure to the Northwind database and click to highlight.
5) Click the Favorites menu | Add to Favorites...
6) Give it a name (or keep the default: Northwind) | OK
7) Navigate to some other area of the tree (master for example)
8) Click the Favorites tab
9) Click the favorite "Northwind" (or whatever you named it)
10) User is taken to the "SQL Server Group" top level of the tree, instead of the expected Northwind section of the tree.

Version information:
Windows2000 Professional 5.00.2159, with SQL2000 Standard SP1 Client tools
and/or
Windows2000 Server SP1, with SQL2000 Standard SP1 Full install
Both systems exhibit same symptoms.

Note: You don't get the favorites tab when launching the Enterprise Manager from the normal SQL Start menu location as this launches the pre-configured MMC file "SQL Server Enterprise Manager.MSC""
