| Hello all,Well in light of the new worm plaguing sql databases.. I decided to just change my sa passwords since I don't use them for anything anyway.I am pretty sure that none of them are blank :) But one glitch I found was I was trying to change it on one server and I can't seem to do that. This seems to be related to this thread:http://sqlteam.com/Forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6689But there was no resolution then. Anyone have any feedback or options? Thanks,Greg |

| If you're doing this through Enterprise Manager, and the server registration was set up under sa, you'll need to re-register it through EM using another login, then you should be able to change sa. This happened to me once or twice until I figured it out. |
