| Can I connect visual studio express to sql server express?I am sure there is a way, at the moment I can only connectto tables in Microsoft Access. Thanks BJ |

| in the vs go to the server Explorer (View -->Server Explorer) and right click on data connection and click on add connection to connect to the sql server |

| In my VS express in VIEW I do not see Server Explorer listed.Must I install an additional program / driver ?Maybe the Express version does not have server explorer.I am very new to Microsoft products just so that you know. Thanks BJUpdate I went directly to add connection in VS andwhen I select the sql server express database i get : (system error 32,file being used by another process.)Should I change the settings in SQL Server express .
