Hi everyone.

How we create dimension in Sql Olap manager. In oracle warehouse builder we have target module n in this we have an opption of dimension where we can create our own dimension. but now we are going for SQL so tell me how i can create my own dimension in sql olap manager or i just create table in in enterprize manager n in olap manager if i import these table so then it will consider it a dimension...
Q2: And tell is it necessray there suold be a primary a unique in a table or in a dimension. I shall be thankful to you for this kind. Please give me a detail answer or give a link where i can now how to create a dimension.. Thanx

1.Open the analysis service manager
2.Create a new data base for your data warehouse
3.Click on the data base and right click on the Cubes menu which has appeared thr.
3.Now choose "NEW CUBE" and now u can see a wizard which will run u through the process of creating fact tables and dimension tables
