Hi
I have problems to find the Reporting Services in the MSSQL Server Express adv. Services. Is it because I have onlx the Windows Home installed? And the IIS is missing?
I hope not!
I also work with C# Express and now I really need to produce some reports and graphics...

IIS is a requirement for Reporting Services to work as it is a web based product. You will not be able to run RS on Windows XP Home, sorry.

The report designer is not included in C# Express. The only VS Express product that offers a report design experience is Visual Web Developer Express, and then only by downloading a separate set of designers. (VWD downlaods are at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/download/.) I know that Visual Studio Pro includes the report designers, but I'm not sure about VS Standard.

There are some unsupported ways to install IIS on Windows XP Home, but I do not recommend it. Use on your own risk! Also I do not know if this infringe copyrights.
