Author  Topic  adario Starting Member 2 Posts Posted - 2000-12-14 : 10:37:39 Very new to SQL. We've got SQL7 running on an NT4. We're upgrading our server to Win2000 and are temporarily relocating SQL7 to another server running Win2000 so that we can keep it running while we do the upgrade. Yesterday, I tried to load SQL7 onto the Win2000 machine and had problems with 'SQL Prerequisites" do I need this for the Win2000 machine or can I just load the 'SQL Components'. Also, do I BACKUP the info from one server to another or do I TRANSFER. Please help us.....tks, Amy
