Can somebody can tell me how physicaly mixed extends goes to uniform, and does extends are physicaly continued pages in memory??

The first 8 pages for a table are allocated from mixed extents. Once the table grows beyond 8 pages, all further space allocation is done through uniform extents. According to the definition in the BOL, extents always consist of contiguous pages.
