I am using Excel 2000 and after defining a Pivot Table through the Wizard, my calculated members are
not recognized in Excel. I am using ParallelPeriod, YTD and a custom formula to calculate $/unit and
they are critical for presentation.

Check PivotTable Service Properties.

I believe that MDX Calculated Member Mode is set to none (description - reserved for future use).

Seems like it's not available, but I might be wrong.
